Word choice?

The Japanese people loves/admires/interests karaoke.

Which is correct, loves or admires or interests? Thanks in advance.

"admire" feels somewhat odd in reference to karaoke. "interest" doesn't work at all. Karaoke might interest people, but people cannot interest karaoke. People may be interested in karaoke (albeit we are normally "interested in" things with more depth than karaoke).
