Word Choice

Are these sentences clear or is there a better choice:

She is scheduled to meet with our flooring and cabinet suppliers tomorrow. We will keep you updated on the selections being made and moving forward.

Top answer

The given sentence is apparently okay, provided that you are the general contractor, "she" is the customer you're doing the work for, and "you" are the subcontractors who will be installing the floor and cabinets. But the phrase "and moving forward" is awkward-sounding and might be better if left out.
