Word Choice

Is the sentence clear or have I used the adverb "that" too much:

We discussed that the estimate amount is within budget, that she received an estimate from Hunter, and that we will ask her to endorse the payment that we received when the repairs have been completed.

It's not an adverb. And every "that" is necessary there because without them, the second and third clauses would read as if they were independent.
