Which is a better choice:

We will keep you informed on our follow up with her.

or

We will keep you informed about our follow up with her.

That phrasal verb and the other small prepositions and pronouns is causing something. IMHO.

Both are OK, though we could more naturally say "We will keep you informed of our follow-up with her".

Note that "follow-up" is a compound noun and hence should be hyphenated, as shown.
