Which is clearer and a better choice (or neither):

We have been unable to contact you by phone to schedule a walk-through with the project superintendent to discuss the repairs at your property.

or

We have been unable to contact you by phone to schedule a walk-through between you and the project superintendent to discuss the repairs at your property.
