Word Attached to Ellipses

Please have a look at this:

"Jake, Jake, Jake...still thinking that that's the way to go about things."

Is it grammatically correct that the "still" is lowercase since it is part of the same sentence?

This is a matter of style, not grammar. We are free to write dialogue pretty much any way we want. I think you're OK with "still" if that's how you want it to read, but I'd put spaces in there: "Jake, Jake, Jake ...
