WORD AND TENSE PROBLEM WHICH WORD TO USE?

How would you properly say these sentences please?

1 He used all his strength/power to open the lid off/of the can.
2 By the time the sugar gets to/into your blood stream, you may/might have fainted.
3 When I didn't know who was who, I though his name was X and his name was Y.
4 You can watch 3 movies on your laptop battery/with your laptop battery before it dies.

Thank you My take on it: 1 He used all his strength to prise the can lid off. 2 By the time the sugar gets into your blood stream, you may faint. 3 I didn't really know what his name was as it turned out that his name was actually Y, but not X as I previously thought.
