I was wondering if you could please listen to this voices, and help me to understand what I couldn't.

Seventy or seventeen? I hear seventeen, but then he says over twenty countries! How would it be possible!? So I assumed it's seventy, but I do hear seventeen.
After seventy/seventeen he says what? Ment athletes?
And after that I think he says all walks of life. Am I right? What does walks of life means?!
