Word

What do you call someone that is getting accused of something they did not do?

I am being accused of making someone cry at school, when really they did it and are acting dramatically.

I need a word to describe my feeling so I can explain this to my friend, with whom I'm talking to.

Thanks!

I can't think of a single noun for that. You are "falsely accused". If the blame is cast on you on purpose to deflect blame from the actual wrongdoer, you can be the patsy or fall guy.

  • If everybody knows you are innocent but they all blame you anyway to humor the actual wrongdoer, you are the whipping boy or scapegoat (sometimes simply "the goat").

I am being framed.

That is a libelous accusation. I am blameless.
