Siam Square turns into a place of Thailand terrifying urban legend

I'm sorry to say that your English is ungrammatical to the point of being incoherent. I can only guess what you're trying to say: According to a terrifying urban legend, Siam Square is a place in Thailand. I have little confidence that this is correct, however, because, though the grammar is now correct, it doesn't make a lot of sense.

You do if that is what you want to say; but your resulting sentence is ungrammatical. What does it mean?

Actually I want to create a tagline for Siam Square movie. It’s a horror movie about a place in Thailand known as Siam Square. I’m thinking to highlight the place name in my tagline.
