What is the best way for improving my writing skills.Indeed, I have some problems in sentence structure and lack of words synonyms.

I'm not sure - everyone's different - but if you happen to have a good memory you could learn a play or short story by memory, and then its sentences would become a template for your own. Otherwise (or also), it's down to being corrected when you make mistakes. You could also take a list of the 10000 most common words, and gradually work down the first 1000 (or whatever level you are at) to make sure you know them.

One further thought. If you just write a random essay to be checked, maybe people will, maybe they won't.
But if it's of especial interest to someone, they will.
For example, suppose someone likes the environment. You could then particularly arrange to write an essay on that topic, and they will especially enjoy checking it. This will then get you especially careful feedback.
