Can we say bad taste liquid e.g taste of liquid tablet syrup -- "lye taste liquid"?
Could you please tell me the antonomy of the word sweet or tasty ? except bitter or sour

We would say, "This is a bad tasting (bad-tasting) liquid."

A tablet is not a liquid. (a bad-tasting tablet??) A bad-tasting substance/food/powder/candy/medicine
