Woops, need help with my letter! :-)
Can some body can have a look my thank you letter for an interview?
Dear xx,
Thank you for taking the time to interview me about the Customer Services Officer position yesterday; it was great meeting with you and Steve.
I really enjoyed the interview, and it is a good chance for me to know xx’s expectations for customer service through those interview questions. Although some of the questions I did not answer clearly due to my panicky, such as decision-making; there is my point of view after thinking about it thoroughly:
Decision Making:
•Compliance with company policies
•Acting in the best interest of the company
•Considering exciting risk
•Integrity, without biased & personal interest
•Respecting & looking after customer
I believe that my work experience, qualification, and the position requirements are a good match. I feel that this position will enable me to demonstrate my abilities and skills, and make a contribution in an area I am passionate about and see my future career in.
My reference would happy to tell you more about my experience, skills, and personality as a worker, and a student.
I look forward to hearing from you soon.
