Ya won't drop it shir ya won't or ya won't drop it won't ya not....... which is right?

I mean when speaking what is the correct way to say the following: Don't forget to collect me..... I have always said shir you won't (this is the correct spelling) but others say won't you not. For example dont forget to collect me, shir you won't/ won't you not.
