won’t return / will no longer coming

Does both sentences give same meaning?

I won't return to here.
I will no longer coming to here.

The first is at best unnatural, the second ungrammatical. If I understand your intent, a native speaker would say I’ll never come back here again (note the form of the verb after the modal).
