Won't have shown up

That's from the BBC sport website: "But, also a lot of these fans won't have shown up to this game had it not been for the ticket offer. If you're a City season ticket holder who decided not to come tonight, tell us why."

It's a comment made by a sport journalist watching a football match in the stadium where all gates have been already closed for any new fans wanting to come in.

My question is: why is the verb phrase "won't have shown up" used in the commentary instead of " wouldn't have shown up"?

Hi,
It is a mistake, it must be "would have not shown up."

This is the correct version. The speaker made a mistake.
