I won't go there.
I'm not going to go there.
I'm not going there.

A: I want a spoon.
B: You're not getting one. / You won't get one. / You're not going to get one.

I'm going to bed.
I'll go to bed.
I'm going to go to bed.

Can I use all of the given sentences interchangeably all the time? Thank you very much.
