Kate: Yeah, but that doesn't concern you, OK?
Phil just shakes his head, won't bother getting into an argument.
Is 'won't bother' perfect here if Phil stops himself because he doesn't want to spend time or energy on arguing with Kate even though he possibly could make some good points to win the argument if he wanted to?
