won't be rushing?

Hello,

Could I say:
Hi, Max. I have a meeting tomorrow at 11. Could we move our lunch to 12 so that I won't be rushing.

Also, is there a way to express the same meaning in affirmative sentence? Such as: '...so that I would be unhurried.' I definitely know 'unhurried' would be an awkward word here. I mean, which adjective I could use to describe a status of 'not in a hurry'. Hope that will make sense.
