Won't

The teacher says I can't do the speech, because I missed class today. And I say:

So does that mean I won't be able to do the speech next week? Or

So does that mean I wouldn't be able to do the speech next week?

Can both be used? What if in my mind there's still a possibility of doing the speech.

Thanks!
