The column chart analyses the average hours that people of different sexes and different material status in Fantasia spend doing household chores per week. By and large, the married women do more housework than married man and the time they spend is not only very high but also increased as the couple has more children. But this situation is opposite to men who sacrifice less.

On the chart, the women have to work a lot if they have children especially 3 or more children, about 55 hours per week while men show the fall in the attempt to help their wives, only 10 hours per week and 5 times less compare to women. Amazingly, when the spouse has no children at all, they show relatively equal role in the family and they take a reasonable amount of time to take care of their family, women 30 hours and men 20 hours. But the situation is changing, the hours that the mother spend get considerably higher if she has 1 or 2 children (from 30-50 hours per week). Luckily it not changes so much when she has 3 or more children. However the time that man give to his family steady decline when they don't have children to have more children (reduce by 5%)

In conclusion men and women are not equal in the family and it seems that men are unaware of helping their wives and take care of the family
