Ladies are important start of human society who can play a vital role in its ecomomic development. Some argue that ladies should stay at home to rear their children instead of working outsaide.

I can give you some ideas.
1. If a woman was given a right to vote which means she decides the future of politicians, of nation and country, it also already means that she plays a vital role in the society, whatever look at the sociological researches: women visit voting stations more actively (so the percentage of some candidates very due to their votes), but they not so often vote for women)) and you cannot surely say what aspects do they use to make a decision: political views and ideas or personal sympathy to one of the officials)) Do you know about a "special voting group" called "secure mothers". They are very disciplined in attending voting stations and pay too much attention for the future of their children, i.e. no drugs, no war,..
And anyway, this is for a woman to decide her own future: to work or not to work
2. Personally I think a woman should work. For years it has been considered a man should work for a family earning money to support his wife and kids. But what happens in a family when a man dies or just leaves his family a woman should start working and if she didn't do it during her marriage what kind of work would she find without any experience? What salary would she receive for this work and even worse - would she ever find a good job? What about children?
3. Women also have got experience needed to make decisions within society. They are attentive in what is happening around us. And even raising children is the experience and if a woman can share it, isn't it a work? Besides, working women have to push themselves to more aware about the life of the world today, they receive knowledge which is very important for our children. "Homelady" is also intelligent (I don't want to say that they have low IQ) but a working lady I feel is more forward-minded and for teenagers she can be more interesting not only like a mother but also like self-made person.
4. Economic aspect. It's not a secret that all nations are going be older and older. All those people who live now and receive pensions plus all those who want to retire. This is a huge number. Are men really able to work so hard so that the taxes they pay can cover the amount of all pensions? Women attracted to work can be useful in the idea of building a new society and even new country./
5. Women work everywhere. As the UNO states, some countries do not include their work into the annual reports as they are engaged into farming sector. But this is a weighty contribution into the economy of the country. But this work is interpreted as a common thing which is randomly paid. But isn't it a work?))

Ladies Futures

Woman was created as a companion for man. The first woman Eve was made from Adam's ribs not from his head to rule him or from his feet to serve him, but from his side to walk with him as his equal; but what do we see today? We see woman as a second-class citizen. We mostly see them hopeless, destitute only because this world has stopped giving importance and rights to the woman especially in the Middle East.

Ladies or woman are important state of the human society, as everyone said "Behind every successful man is his woman... So women are behind all the successful in the while world, which can be enough reason for importance of women. Also woman is a provider of the family. She is a mother, sister, daughter and a wife. Moreover, our *** has already emancipated woman for responsibility.

The biggest roles that woman plays as a mother are many like washing clothes, cook, and clean, care for both children and her husband and other work. For all that, women must got their right in work or even in vote which means she has to decide the future of politicians. It also means that she plays a vital role in the society.

It's not a secret that all nations are giving us women in many job like secretary, air hostess and model which is just made for woman. Are men really able to work so hard so that the taxes they pay can cover the amount of all pensions? Women attracted to work can be useful in the idea of building a new society and even new country.

In the end, woman play important role in the society and in everything she does and no one can deny that, it is a fact.
