B. because their bodies burn calories too slowly than because they eat too much (Answer Key)
C. because of their bodies burning calories too slowly than because of their eating too much
D. because their bodies burning calories too slowly than because of eating too much

Some native English speakers say that
"C is acceptable and correct"
and some others say that
"C is not acceptable, C would be correct If the word "bodies" were deleted."

Which one do you agree with? What's your opinion?
