Without noun?

Hello,

I wonder why we can't find any noun after the adjectives "victorious, happy and glorious" in this verset (in the song "God Save The queen" - English Anthem):

God save our gracious Queen
Long live our noble Queen
God save the Queen
Send her victorious
Happy and glorious
Long to reign over us
God save the Queen

Please help, Thank you!
