What should I say if I don't want the barman to put ice in my drink?

1. Please, without ice.
2. Please, no ice.

Please, neat. (Without ice)

But 'neat' would also mean 'no mixers', eg whiskey but no ginger ale.

Please, no ice sounds rather dramatic to me. Like For Heaven's sake, I beg you -- no ice!

In addition to my previous comment about 'neat', let me add that I've only ever heard it said of alcoholic drinks.

Neat means without any other drinks mixed in, not without ice.

I'm not much of a drinker, but can't you say "neat, on the rocks"? (On the rocks meaning with ice.)

I agree with those who'd say simply "No ice, please."

"Without rocks, please." ?
