What does "whithout giving effect to any conflict of law principles" mean here?
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof, it may be amended only by writing signed by both of the parties, and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of Bulgaria and Poland without giving effect to any conflict of law principles.
