Without Experince! I need help

Hello everybody..Frankly I feel a littel lost! I'm not sure if this was the right section for my post!!I am a new member in English forum, and a new teacher who's actually in need to your help and advice.I have no experience in teaching but I love my job and hope to be creative in my class!I'm teaching the first level and foundation level, they know nothing about English which makes me kind of disappointment and hopeless most of the time.They want me to talk in our mother tongue but defiantly I cannot. I have a list of questions, so please any one can help, I will be really grateful.1- The most important thing is how can I enhance and encourage them to speak the language?2- The grammar is something very frustrating for me! What's the best way to teach grammar? to discuss it separately or in related to the conversation which in the same lesson?3- I have something called "Verbal communication". It is nothing but speaking. In this class I have to create a situation and make the students talk about it applying the grammar which in the same lesson. How can I create that situation in a way that makes them interested.4- I have a limited time for each class to teach them a lot of stuff! so please, any idea may help to handle this problem?5- My last question is about my own English. I am good at grammar but sometimes I make tiny mistakes during the class. of course my students don't notice that but I can't ignore that because they don't know! how can I improve my grammar in the real talk? Please let me hear from you. If you found any mistakes in my post and had time to correct them, I would be glad.

I'm not a teacher so can't give you advice on running your classes but I can correct your English as requested.

Hi, as a teacher to be I must tell I agree with you.Teaching something isn't as easy as it seems especially to the ones who even have no idea about it.But I think you had courses on teaching English.Don't they work?Anyways, as for your questions

1)Of course with the help of games.You know pupils generally enjoy this.Divide them in groups and give them a short conversation with different themes ot try drama.First give the examples which they know and contrast it with thieri native language.If they insist on your giving your lesson in their native language open your eyes wide and tell them(one by one slowly) that their brain will be confused if they try to understand a foreign language in their own language.To enable them thinking directly without thinkin in their native language use realias.

2)Oh, don't tell me you teacher grammar deductively.Don't forget inductive way of learnig is always better.Ah, and of course you should make their eyes work.How?Here is the key: we learn/acquire approximately %90 of our knowledge with the help of our eyes.So rather than to write S+V+O show them this rule with pictures, use diagrams even you can teach tenses by drawing tables on the board.If you relate your lessons with something o course this way will be better.

3)Here NLP will be of great help to you.(Search it on the web to get a book name)And drama again will help you on this subject too.Your pupils:D should move their bodies not to sleep during the lesson:D

4)Heck!Limited time has always been one of my fobies.Well at any rate they are new learners and you can't teach them everything at once just be sure that they have necessary basic knowledge which will enable them to develop themselves later.One more thing, make them love searching so that they can develop their English themselves later.

5)Easy!Be an active user of EnglishForward:D and try to apply it in your daily life or find native friends.
