Without any motivation provided

Under socialist economic systems, workers are asked to meet the common objectives set by the government without any motivation provided.

I wrote the sentence but I am not sure if it is grammatically correct. Is it "without any provided motivation" instead of "without any motivation provided"? Could you help me clarify it? Thanks.

"without any provided motivation" is not an improvement. Your orginal sentence is not actually wrong, but this is better in my opinion: Under socialist economic systems, workers are asked to meet the common objectives set by the government without being provided with any motivation to do so.
