Would somebody please tell me which word among on, in, and with is correct to use to below sentence:

i do not think they collocate: co-operation and request.
agree to or comply with a request is ok, but not co-operate with a request.

Yes, cooperate with a request is fine. Comply might be more common, but cooperate will not raise eyebrows.
