How are these sentences different?

I'm sure i'll be a pro within 10 years.
I'm sure i'll be a pro by 10 years.
I'm sure i'll be a pro in 10 years.

I'm sure i'll be a pro by 10 years. Not grammatical, or at least not natural.

I'm sure i'll be a pro in 10 years. OK

You also need a capital pronoun I.
