Within vs in

To acquire a position as an entry level Chemist in the biotechnology industry.
vs.
To acquire a position as an entry level Chemist within the biotechnology industry.

They are both OK. Some people might prefer "entry-level" to be hyphenated. Capitalisation of "Chemist" may be debated, but in my view it's OK here if it's considered a job title.

This is the "objective" line on my resume. I am not sure how else I can say it if someone asks me "what is your objective?".
