Which of these sentences are correct:


a) "We made an agreement with them, and they refunded us with the amount of 100, 000 Euros."


b) "We made an agreement with them, and they refunded us in the amount of 100, 000 Euros."


c) "We made an agreement with them, and they refunded us the amount of 100, 000 Euros."

I'd accept b) and c). a) isn't horrible but it doesn't sound very good compared to the others. Also, it would do just as well to write "refunded us 100,000 euros".

I'd accept b) and c).

a) isn't horrible but it doesn't sound very good compared to the others.

Also, it would do just as well to write "refunded us 100,000 euros".

(Currency names are not capitalized.)
