I was looking for an example, this might not be the best but I'd like to know if X with Y have correct?

Could you tell me how you would write this sentence?

Rarely do you see women with artificial nails have all the nails. Most of the time, the women is missing a nail because it's fallen off.

Rarely do you see women with nail polish on have all the fingers nail polish. Most of the time, at least one nail nail polish is chipped.

Rarely do you see a a boxer that boxes without a mouth piece have all his teeth.
