With/by/through this work

Hello,

Could you please advise what preposition to use in this sentence: "Man can strengthen himself through/by/with this work"?

Is it correct to replace "this work" with "such work"?

Thank you

Hotmale what preposition to use I prefer 'through', but 'with' seems all right, too. 'by' is possible, but I don't think many writers would choose it. Hotmale Is it correct to replace "this work" with "such work"?
