I think usage might be different in different regions.

I'd say, "I got pregnant to my boyfriend."

By is most common in the States, I believe.

With would indicate that he is pregnant as well.

From sounds more like getting a disease.

To me, "with" is the child. I was pregnant with my first child when we lived in Maine. I was six months pregnant with my second child when we travelled throughout Europe. I visited every bathroom in three countries.

I don't disagree that it's used, but it always annoys me. She was a participant in the action that led to the pregnancy. I mean, what... she went out on a beer run while he did it? I don't think so. No one "gets you" pregnant (in a consensual act). Just a minor rant.

Wow! I've lived one half of my life on each US coast, and I've never heard "I got pregnant to my boyfriend."

Where do you come from, John?

Do you also view "to become pregnant"
