with whom to go out or to go out with

Which is natural speaking or writing?

If I had to choose one girl with whom to go out, it would be her.
If I had to choose one girl to go out with, it would be her.

With whom makes the first sentence sound very stilted. I would expect that sentence to occur in a formal

context, but I think the phrase it would be her turns it into mixed register.

This one would be better in academic writing:

If I had to choose one girl with whom to go out, it would be she.
