Please tell me if the following sentences are acceptable and my understanding in the parentheses is correct.

"You can install this air conditioner with existing piping used."
(This sentence is okay. In this case, "existing piping" refers to any existing piping in the place of installation.)

"You can install this air conditioner with the existing piping used."
(This sentence is okay. In this case, "the existing piping" refers to the existing piping in the place of installation.)

I would suggest; "You can install this air conditioner using the existing piping/pipework."
