With the deepening of economy

I want to say"With the deepening of economy, the limited space could not meet the need of development"

With the deepening of economy= with the growth of economy?

Thanks

Why hello, hellohello, and welcome to English Forums. Don't use "deepening" to mean growth, especially with the economy. Deepening sounds like something going down, and hardly a day goes by today when you don't hear news about the "deepening economic crisis" and so forth.
