Are these sentences correct with the given meanings:

1) There was some strange behavior with that patient.
Meaning: That patient showed some strange behavior.

2) In that country, there is a dangerous element with the army.
Meaning: In that country, the army has a dangerous element in it.

3) In that country, with the army, there is a dangerous element.
Meaning: In that country, the army is a dangerous element.
or same meaning as 3.
