I wouldn't use the possessive at all (no s, no 's).

I see. Is there a specific reason for not using the 's. Just curious because they are his fans. Also in what case would you use the 's?

I don't see him 'owning' them...that's my reasoning. I see his name used as an adjective to modify 'fans'. Others may disagree.
