With regard to

Hi,

Does "with regard to" fit the sentence below? What about "regarding"?

"Traffic noise as an environmental stress leads to problems for the citizens' general health including physiological and psychological disorders. With regard to physiological disorders, noise has harmful effects on the functions of the cardiovascular system, leading to high blood pressure,....Psychological disorders caused by noise exposure include stress, anxiety, impatience, sleep disorders, and impaired mental performance."

Thank you!
