With regard to.

Hi!

I came across this sentence and it seems a bit strange to me, and I think the problem is with the phrase "with regard to" but I'm not positive. Help would be greatly appreciated!

Eating lobster is one of the most immoral things you can do, with regard to the consumption of food.

I understand it, but does it make sense grammatically?

Thanks!
