I have made up the sentences below.

(1) With purchase of five boxes of cookies, you will receive a free chocolate bar.

(2) With a purchase of five boxes of cookies, you will receive a free chocolate bar.

(3) With the purchase of five boxes of cookies, you will receive a free chocolate bar.
