You haven't stated your question, but note this.

A check that is returned to you because the person does not have enough money in the bank is commonly called 'an NSF check'.

NSF - 'not sufficient funds'.

It's also casually called 'a bad check'.

This is a slogan, right?

"Return checks" may be a common collocation in the industry, but I prefer the traditional adjective, "returned."

Slogans don't necessarily need to conform to the rules of grammar, just as signs and titles do not.

I take this as an imperative sentence, eg, "Never think twice."

But it may also be a conditional with the first clause implied:

If you use PDC, you will never experience a returned check!

(I think the singular is more effective, but the plural also works.)

In my opinion, your original is okay, with the possible exception of the qualifier "return/returned."

With PDC -- Never experience returned checks

Another full sentence version could be:

With PDC you will never experience a returned check.

"Experience" is not exactly an attention grabber.

Something like "With PDC, never bounce another check!" might be effective with certain customers.

It probably would depend on your target.

Edit. I had to write this twice, as my first "post" attempt hung up the system.

I agree with Clive that there are other popular expressions, such as "bounced check."
