With or without the

Which is correct?

In general the implementation of mathematical problems is ... (hard/easy).

or

In general implementation of mathematical problems is ... (hard/easy).

I tried to use the "is it particular?" rule... but i cannot judge...

I am a programmer, and we say "we implement sg in a programming language..."

That's what I thought. There is a great deal of jargon in your industry and sometimes clarity is obscured.

Strictly speaking, implement means "to put (a decision, plan, agreement, etc.) into effect : the regulations implement a 1954 treaty."

In your case, Cs, would "write" or "use" be acceptable?

E.g. "Has SG been programmed using C# for the P
