With or Without "Over"

Hi,

Sometimes I have trouble to understand the meaning of "over." In the sentences below, is there any difference with or without "over"?

He's working over at a building on 72nd street.

Thanks,

Not really. 'Over' might indicate that a gesture by the speaker is indicating the direction of the building, but not necessarily.
