As Awence said, "in" is correct but your use of "larger bigger" is incorrect and you've omitted the required article.

Just say: "It was written in a larger font." OR "It was written in a bigger font." NOT "larger bigger"
To my ear "larger" sounds much better.

one more thing that perhaps we have overlooked, the adjectives of the same quality should have a comma in between thus,

It was written in a larger,bigger font.
Well, I know large and big are synonyms. But, in a syllabus i have touched, large refers to a size that spans a wide area while usually tends to highlight the height and size and not just the area it occupies.
