Asking my friend a question:

Why does the after party always end at Karaoke with you guys.

VS

Why does the after party always end at Karaoke for you guys.

To me, "end at karaoke" seems to suggest that further potential activities do not happen. If you don't want this connotation, I would say "end with karaoke". I don't see any reason to capitalise "karaoke".
