Hello! help me please and thank you!

Question: See the following sentence and if you find any mistake, choose a correct phrase from the given sample phrases.

As all the plans laid out, we were ready to begin our task.

a. no correction needed

b. With all the plans laid out

c. As all the plans laying out

d. With all the plans being laid out

e. With all the plans laying out

The above is from a text taught in a school, and the text says the correct answer is (b).

But I think (d ) can be an anwer as well as (b). Give me your opinions.

I, too, can see (d) as an answer. However, it's rather wordy, and the meaning is communicated much more succinctly with (b), so I would select (b) if I were given the choice. CJ
