with + object + participle

1. I felt asleep with music playing
2. She stood there with her eyes closed.
3. I felt asleep with music played.

Q1) I have no idea the logic of #1 and #2. I think #3 sounds okay considering "I" play the music; i.e., the music is played.
Could anyone explain if #3 is okay?

Anyway, since we say a song or music was playing, so we say like #1, right?
